Dates have a wide range of health benefits that make them one of the healthiest fruits on the planet. It is especially important for vegetarians because it contains certain matter without which the organism cannot function normally and can’t be found so often in food of plant origin.

 

Dates are fruits used in various parts of the world. It is an important part of the diet in Arab countries. The main countries that grow and sell dates are: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, Algeria, USA, and are produced in small quantities in Mexico, Yemen and Spain. It is mainly grown in subtropical regions, although it is also cultivated in tropical regions, but due to its high humidity, they do not thrive best.
Dates can be consumed as fresh or dried. Both shapes are great for our body.
